- Rates: $169 – $219 per night plus tax. This price includes homemade afternoon snacks and a delicious home-cooked breakfast each morning.
- Check-in is from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. If you will be arriving later than 5:00 p.m., please notify us so we can plan accordingly.
- Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. This will allow us to have time to prepare the room for the next guest.
- The Green Tree Inn of Elsah does not allow smoking in the rooms or on the premises.
- Smoking in the room will result in a $500 charge to the credit card on file.
Pricing & Policies

- There is a $25 per day charge for each additional person over the two-person per room allowance.
- Gift Certificates are available.
- No children under 10 unless special arrangements are made with the innkeeper. (Children welcome if your family books the entire inn).
- Your credit card will not be charged until your arrival.
- If you have advance reservations and cancel fewer than 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival time and we are unable to rebook the room, you will be charged the full amount.
- If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, your credit card on file will be charged a $60 rebooking fee.
- If you book the entire inn, a deposit will be required. This can be discussed with the Innkeeper.
- If you do not book directly with The Green Tree Inn of Elsah, a 30% deposit will be required.
